Rodovaldo Macias, COTA
Rodovaldo Macias is a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. He earned his degree from Keiser University in 2005 after having attended Florida College of Natural Health where he received his certification as a Massage Therapist.
He has worked with Dr Orbay as a member of his rehabilitation team since 1998. He started as a rehabilitation aid and is now a certified occupational therapy assistant.
Over the years Rodovaldo has had the opportunity to help many patients with traumatic and cumulative injuries to the hand and upper extremity. He has developed expertise in the treatment of upper extremity injuries excelling at fabrication of custom orthotics and management of complex wounds.
He has also devoted considerable time serving as a clinical instructor for Occupational Therapy Assistant Students. He thrives on facilitating positive outcomes for the patients who entrust us with their care.
